I have 3 kiddos ages 17, 15 & 12
How long have you lived in (your town)? What made you decide to live here?
We have lived in Chatham for 10 years. It is the longest we have lived anywhere. The school district & proximity to NYC.
What’s your favorite family activity Chatham, Madison or Summit?
We love going to the Chatham farmers market.
Where’s your favorite place to eat and/or shop Chatham, Madison or Summit?
We are big fans of The River Grille (we call it the Yacht Club). They make the best hot sauce and they have great “bar food”. We are also loving her new restaurant Main 233. The place is super cute with great food and a very friendly staff.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I am originally from Colorado.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
My mom. She has been instrumental in providing support and giving me advice without telling me what to do.

Project physique in Summit is my boutique fitness studio. All of the classes are original formats that I have created. I have blended all of my fitness certifications to create the ultimate fitness experience. Project Physique is a space that is open to all levels and encourages fitness through inclusiveness.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
Before we moved to Chatham we moved quite a bit. This community has given us a home base. A place we cherish with life long friendships.
What’s your favorite form of self care?
Fitness of course! It is what helps me burn off stress and anxiety. It keeps me strong and helps to set an example of a healthy lifestyle for my kiddos.
